Que se passe-t-il avec un avis négatif ou dangereux ?

Un avis noté 1 ou 2, ou qui mentionne un incident, une allergie, une blessure, un litige ou une menace, est escaladé : l’IA prépare un brouillon calme et factuel, mais rien ne part sans un humain. Vous recevez l’alerte par e-mail, SMS ou WhatsApp avec le contexte, et vous décidez.

Puis-je relire chaque réponse avant publication ?

Par défaut, oui : chaque brouillon attend votre validation, dans la console ou par un simple « OK » sur WhatsApp. Vous pouvez ensuite activer la publication automatique règle par règle, par exemple pour les avis 4 et 5 étoiles d’un établissement, et la couper à tout moment.

Qui a accès à mes données ?

Vos avis et vos réponses restent les vôtres : ils ne servent pas à entraîner de modèle et sont exportables à tout moment. L’accès Google peut être révoqué à tout moment. Les données nécessaires au service sont traitées selon notre politique de confidentialité ; nous ne les revendons pas.

Gérez-vous d’autres plateformes que Google ?

Yes. EchoTrust AI publishes through the official Google Business Profile API, with your authorisation, from your own listing. You stay responsible for what is published; the drafts follow Google's rules on review replies (no personal information, no incentives, no misleading content).

Safeguard

A review rated 1 or 2, or one that mentions an incident, an allergy, an injury, a dispute or a threat, is escalated: the AI prepares a calm, factual draft, but nothing goes out without a human. You get the alert by email, SMS or WhatsApp with the context, and you decide.

You decide

By default, yes: every draft waits for your approval, in the console or with a simple “OK” on WhatsApp. You can then switch on automatic publishing rule by rule, for example for the 4 and 5 star reviews of one location, and switch it off again whenever you want.

Your data

Your reviews and your replies stay yours: they are not used to train any model and you can export them at any time. Google access can be revoked at any time. The data the service needs is processed under our privacy policy; we do not sell it on.
